I’m Jofrey. I’m an athlete and content creator based in Belgium. Sport is a big part of my life! I train and compete at a high level, and I love sharing that journey in a real and aesthetic way. My content is very lifestyle-driven: training, routines, self-care, and the little habits that make you feel more confident in your body. I care a lot about details, clean visuals, and creating content that feels honest, positive, and easy to connect with. My community is a mix of people who love sport, wellness, and self-improvement. They follow me because the content feels genuine and because I only share things I truly use and believe in. What drives my content is showing real experiences in a simple, beautiful way (no exaggeration), just things that actually make a difference in everyday life.
