Hi, I’m Renee De Ketelaere, 27 years old, and passionate about living an active, adventurous life. I work full-time as a consultant in the dental industry, where I combine professionalism with a people-focused mindset. Outside of work, sports are a huge part of who I am—especially endurance sports. I fell in love with triathlon for the challenge, discipline, and balance it brings to both body and mind. Through Instagram and TikTok, I share my everyday life, training journey, and experiences, aiming to inspire others to move, explore, and push their limits. I love traveling the world and combining new destinations with sports and outdoor activities, discovering what my body and mind are capable of in different environments.
